The vet I spoke to was very patient and addressed all of my concerns and they even followed up the next day with a real person who text me and I didn’t notice the text for a few days, so I replied … More anyway and then they responded with my pet’s name and all, so it’s not some automatic reply. Plus days later for them to say they were happy “ Perki was feeling better.” I thought was very personable customer service which I appreciate! The whole experience was cheaper than taking her to the vet, less stress for all of us and the outcome was great so 5 stars for sure!

The staff at Hello Ralphie were super pleasant to deal with and the vet they connected me with was amazing. Hello Ralphie made sure the prescription was called in to Chewy who they partner with frequently and it shipped that day. Hello Ralphie followed up with me afterwards to make sure Spencer was OK and that I was all set. I’m so glad I found this service and highly recommend it to anyone in a pinch for veterinary care.

I would recommend Hello Ralphie to any pet parent! My cat was sick with a nasty upper respiratory infection and got treated via a telemed appointment. Not only did the vet see me on a Sunday (impossible in my area) but she got meds called … More in right away. Customer service kept me connected with her for all my follow up questions and the whole experience was incredibly reassuring. My cat has a flea allergy, something that we don't struggle with too much as she is mostly an indoor pet. Because she does occasionally go out in our backyard, my primary vet has prescribed Comfortis to help with any little buggers … More she might encounter. My prescription had run out, and my cat was showing symptoms of fleas, but my vet couldn't see us for another month. So I decided to try Hello Ralphie. I signed up last Friday, and was able to book an appointment with a vet for the next day! The website was incredibly user-friendly, and the appointment went really well. Shout out to Dr. Scott in North Carolina for being so polite, informative, and helpful. By Saturday afternoon, I had my prescription filled and in the mail, and the whole experience cost less than a visit to my primary vet. I really cannot express how pleased I am with Hello Ralphie. I would recommend their service to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to mine.

The vet I spoke with was also very knowledgeable and informative and was able to give me some options over the counter since my state didn’t allow for prescriptions. All the information helped my dog with his rash and we didn’t even need to follow up with his regular vet. I will be using in the future!

I had a great experience with Dr. Conrad. I have an ancient Dachshund named Max. I took him to a local vet to get him checked out. I was concerned about his labored breathing. That wasn't addressed but they did find his teeth were … More in bad shape. He took antibiotics for a week then had seven teeth removed. The day after his extraction his breathing was especially labored. I was shocked that he wasn't given some doggy ibuprofen or similar and suspect his breathing had to do with his pain. He's also been tripping over his cute little paws occasionally.
I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Conrad and it was held a few days earlier than scheduled because she wanted to make sure he was okay ASAP. It was an easy 20 or 30 minute session. She listened to my concerns and hypothesis that pain was causing him to breathe heavily. (Again, he is a 15 year old dog who's grown stiff.). We agreed to try a prescription for arthritis.
Because the appointment was virtual we were able to have a good conversation about Max and his care. Dr. Conrad was a great listener and showed compassion for my beloved little guy. That made ME feel better. -
